Director of Operations

Courtney joined Main Street Financial Solutions in September 2017 as the Chief Operations Officer and acts as the Director of Operations for GENCapital Advisory Partners. Courtney’s responsibilities include the human resources, operations, and compliance functions at MSFS. Courtney works to provide guidance to MSFS’s advisors on operations and procedures to ensure compliance and protect the interests of the firm’s clients. In addition, she also assists in the overall client experience by supporting advisors and addressing client needs. Courtney earned her BA degree from Providence College.

Prior to joining Main Street Financial Solutions, Courtney’s previous experience includes 11 years of various Human Resources positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as executive-level Human Resources positions specializing in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs for startup companies. Courtney lives in Yardley, PA with her husband and three boys.
